KFC: Double Sweet and Fire



Introduce a new sandwich “Double Sweet n’ Fire” to the local market. The sandwich combined a sweet tangy flavour with a spicy crunch.

Explore the alluring notion of having the best of both worlds.

Creative Solution:
The campaign was driven by a playful and amusing TV commercial in which a woman tries a DSF for the first time. Her first-hand experience of the two-tastes is parallel and played out in the comical competition between the two young men who accompany her. One man is a traditional nerd, but he’s sweet. The other, is a stereotypical hunk – the spicy one. Both are attractive. The scene plays out in a KFC store environment. She loves both tastes.

Media included a custom television commercial, radio, print advertisements and social media.
